Kanpur Blast - Seven including three children and a woman injured

Initial reports say the bomb was kept on a bicycle in old Kanpur area. Nature of the blast is not known yet.
ADG law and order said that blast in Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh not a terror attack.
He said that six people were injured in the blast and been admitted to Halet hospital.
