Aarushi Murder Case: Murder suspects get bail, CBI helpless
Labels: Top News A special court in Ghaziabad on Friday granted bail to Krishna and Rajkumar, prime suspects in the sensational Aarushi Talwar murder case.
Krishna's bail application was filed before Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special magistrate Sapna Misra, while Raj Kumar's bail plea was filed before additional district judge Rama Jain.
Krishna and Rajkumar were granted bail on two sureties of Rs 25,000 each. Vijay Mondal, the third accused, got bail last week.
The investigative agency opposed the bail application saying probe against Rajkumar was underway but the court concluded there was no evidence against him.....
